Parent enquiry details are used to pass an enquiry to the selected provider and to send the parent a confirmation email.

Lead data may include name, email, phone, child age in years, services needed, preferred contact method, and message text. OTWaitlist does not ask for a child name or date of birth.

Deletion requests can be sent to privacy@otwaitlist.com.au. We aim to hard-delete parent lead records within 30 days.
